ExpenseWise is a lightweight expense-tracking app for professionals, consultants, and freelancers. You can log receipts, let an AI assistant extract the details, and export polished reports as PDF, Excel, or CSV — all from a single browser tab. No account is required for manual entry.

Anyone who builds expense claims by hand at the end of each month: business travellers, contractors, parents juggling reimbursements, and small teams that need a simple way to hand a report to finance. If you have ever rifled through a drawer of crumpled receipts, ExpenseWise is for you.
Who builds it?
ExpenseWise is built and maintained by Hossein Afshari, an independent developer. It is a small, focused side-project; updates ship when they make the everyday workflow smoother. The goal is software that gets out of your way and gives you your evening back.
